Preschool screening is required for ALL incoming 2024-25 RF4C students. This FREE screening provides a simple check of your child’s motor skills, speech & language, socialization, self help skills, and vision & hearing.

River Falls 4 Children will be hosting a general ed screening for all incoming 2024-25 RF4C students.
 Additional screening date added on June 3, 2024. This is for those who didn’t attend the April 5 screener.
What is screening?
This is a free and simple check of your child’s motor skills, speech and language, socialization, self-help skills, as well as a check for vision and hearing.
This screening helps ensure that all Pre 4K children are well-equipped for learning and families are aware of the resources in our schools and community.

Your child must be 4 years old by September 1, 2024 and entering RF4C in the 2024-25 school year.

Bring your child to your screening appointment
📌 Don't forget to bring your child's birth certificate or passport & immunization records (if available) to the appointment! Plan for at least ½-1 hour for the screening. Parents/Guardians will be asked to attend a 20 minute session with Ms Karen while your student is accompanied by an RF4C Teachers around the sessions.
